General Travel Time Breakdown
(With the exception of Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery weekend days are not included in the travel time of a package, all Fed Ex shipments offer tracking)

Fed Ex Ground
Approximately 3-4 working days for states west of and including MT, WY, CO, & NM.

Approximately 4-5 working days for those states east of MT, WY, CO, & NM and west of and including MI, OH, IN, IL, MO, AR & TX.

Approximately 5-7 working days for all contiguous states located east of the MI, OH, IN, IL, MO, AR & TX.

Fed Ex 2nd Day and 3 Day Select
As long as your order is placed before 2:30pm Pacific Standard Time Mon.-Fri. your order will ship the same day. If you place a Fed Ex 2nd Day Air on Monday you should expect to receive it on Wednesday (no particular arrival time is allotted for these shipments). If you choose Fed Ex 3 Day Select on a Monday then you can expect your package to be delivered on that Thursday (again no allotted arrival time). If you place a Fed Ex 2nd Day Air on Thursday you will receive the order, guaranteed, that following Monday (weekend days not included in travel time). If you place a 3 Day Select order on Thursday you will receive your package the following Tuesday.

Fed Ex Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight
All orders placed Fed Ex Standard Overnight will be delivered the next day (with the exception of Saturday) with no specific arrival time. If a Standard Overnight is submitted on Friday it will be delivered, guaranteed, Monday after the weekend. If you need an order delivered on Saturday, you will need to choose the Fed Ex Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery Option. This option is slightly more expensive but is guaranteed Saturday delivery (in most areas, see below paragraph for exceptions to certain rural areas). If you need a package delivered before 10:30am on a weekday (in most areas, see below paragraph for exceptions to certain rural areas), you will need to choose the Fed Ex Priority Overnight option.

Priority Mail
Typical travel time is 4-10 working days regardless of destination. This shipping option is not insured and does not offer a tracking service.

Please be advised when choosing Fed Ex Air as a shipping option, depending on your location, Fed Ex may require a signature in order to leave it at a residence. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the package, Fed Ex will not leave it. We would strongly suggest that if you choose Fed Ex Air shipping as an option someone be home to sign for the package or have it shipped to a business where someone is available to sign for it. Tackle Warehouse will not be held responsible for reimbursing Fed Ex Air shipping charges if there is no one available for a signature releaseS.

When shipping Fed Ex Priority Overnight to certain destinations, Fed Ex does not guarantee delivery by 10:30am. Depending on the zip code and address location, some packages may not be delivered until 5pm. Unfortunately, Fed Ex cannot provide us with zip codes where these varying delivery times apply. Please be advised that if you are in a remote destination and choose Fed Ex Priority Overnight, the guaranteed arrival time will not apply but the next day delivery will. As a result, Tackle Warehouse, will not be refunding for Priority Overnight deliveries made to rural areas where there is no delivery time guaranteed.

How do we ship back ordered items? All back ordered items are shipped free of charge. The method of shipping will depend on the best option available for the item(s) being shipped. Back ordered items will ship either First Class Mail or Fed Ex Ground. If you would like your back ordered items to be sent out using a specific shipping method you will need to contact us at 1-800-300-4916 or info@tacklewarehouse.com. You will be charged for the cost of shipping your back ordered items if any other method is chosen. Typically, back ordered items, if not sent out the same day, will go out the following day. Travel time will depend on your location within the continental US. Please be advised, unless otherwise notified all back ordered items will be sent via First Class Mail or Fed Ex Ground.

If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes you will be notified via e-mail. The shipping charge reflected on your order confirmation e-mail will be the correct shipping cost.***
