Overview

After two years of non-stop designing and testing with the 6th Sense Lure Lab Team and Pro Staff Ambassador Josh Jones, the 6th Sense Diving 5-Wire Bladed Umbrella Rig catches lunker-sized bass and is built to last. Starting with the head, it features a highly detailed molded hard plastic head with a built-in swivel system, which allows the rig to maintain a balanced swimming action and move with fish when they are hooked to increase landing ratios. The stainless steel spring wire construction also provides the perfect balance of flexibility and durability to give the rig a natural baitball pulsating action, as well as, the strength to catch multiple big bass without any wire breakage issues. The premium willow leaf blades that are attached by ball bearing swivels will turn at even the slowest speeds and produce a mesmerizing flash and vibration to entice more fish to bite. Finished with high quality snap swivels for attaching your favorite jigheads, the 6th Sense Diving 5-Wire Bladed Umbrella Rig is available in multiple sizes so that you can adjust the size of your swimbaits and overall profile to fit the conditions.

**Don't forget to check your State's fish and game rules and regulations - a fully rigged umbrella rig is illegal in some States.

Same problemKeep getting one where the bare wire isn't centered really annoying!!! Does it affect the bait idk but it's kind of sad that they can't get something so simple right. Also would be better if the center wire was just slightly longer than the rest

Previous Feedback

Comments: I purchased a couple of these at a different local store, and once I got them home and started to rig them, at first I was somewhat impressed. Then I noticed what should have been the main wire or center wire because it's bare with no blade on it, was actually supposed to have been the top right wire, and vise versa, so I had to cross and bend that wire to the correct spots. My Umbrella rig was the same way! It's really a quality control issue, someone at the factory crimped the wrong hardware on the wrong wire. I'm not the only one that has encountered this issue, if you look below. Maybe if they had made the center wire the longest wire they would be able to see that better, but for some reason, they're all the same length, which in itself is another issue with this rig. Great looking head that holds all the wires, with a built-in swivel. It had potential to be the best bang for your buck rig out there, but I'd say Yum still owns that title with their Scottsboro tackle complete rig. Get the Yum and skip this 6th sense rig if you're looking for the best cheaper rig, and get the G-funk for the best top of line rig. The G-Funk and Yum rigs also have their wires pre-bent in the perfect locations, so that you don't mess it up.

Comments: Only lasted two days catching stripers from 4-12 pounds. The wire broke on the second outing, it's not a very durable rig.

Comments: Have bought several of these. Figured I would get extra due to wire breakage. I would say they do last comparable to other brands. Have caught several big ones on this rigged with 2- 2.8, 2-3.8 and a 4.8 in the middle. Wish manufacturers could find a wire that is more durable.

Comments: Not gonna waste your time and give a review with little to no actual review like this other guy. This rig sucks. I wanted to like it and I thought the swivel tie was a good idea. The price point is great but the wire placement was off by a lot in the head so I actually had to rig it sideways. Meaning the bottom baits were technically on the rigs right side. Swam fine that way. The arms are all the same length which kinda sucks and the wire is super thick which means you basically have to throw 3.8 or bigger swimmers. This rig has a very limited range of capabilities.

Comments: Sorry for the long-winded review but seeing as i got to try these somehow before a lot of other people i figured id go more in-depth than i would ever do on another review! 1ST Off... I'm Not sure how my local academy had these, for the price (12$ there somehow vs 15 here) I grabbed 4 total, a 5.5/6.5inch in both colors. I'd say overall their very comparable to the flex rig from hog farmer but way stiffer wire. I cut the swivels/clips off the same as the flash mob jr mods i do, and used Owner hyper wire size 4 & medium CPS springs. After spending way too much time bending wires and setting the stance, it wasn't exactly "easy" by any means! the middle wire isn't longer than the rest, or if it is it's so minuscule i didn't notice, but here in IL we can only have 3 hooks total. So, I used 2x 13 Fishing Churro 3.5" mojito-colored baits as dummies on top 2 with 3.8 keitech fat swing impacts on bottom (would of liked to go 4.3 but i felt like the weight was too much for the rig which is a bummer bc i hate having dummies so close in size to hooked baits but it actually worked out). for the 5.5 i dummed it down to keitech 2.8's so far ive only got a few dinks no big fish on them but id say this is an easy replacement to the YUM flash mob/FLJ as it just flat out beefier/built stronger for 15$ range of a-rigs, id easily recommend it!! used a IROD Gen 3 a-rig rod with a tranx 200 & a 7'5 heavy Shimano Zodias with a 200k on it, ran both 17lb flouro and 50lb Suffix 832 (IL isn't exactly known for giants so this is plenty lol) and both were a breeze!
