Nicknamed the ‘Prototype’ by big bass hunter and Team 6 member Josh Jones, the 6th Sense Panorama Shad brings cutting-edge innovation and realism to a new bait category that’s soon to become a staple in the industry. Designed to be the most realistic and universal soft plastic baitfish imitation, the Panorama Shad was originally built for forward-facing sonar fishing on a drop shot but excels with a variety of rigging methods thanks to its uniquely thin profile.
A bait that has accounted for over half of Josh’s double-digit catches within the past year, Josh describes the profile of the Panorama Shad as a combination of a swimbait and spoon and says he hasn’t found a technique that this bait hasn’t worked on. He prefers to throw the 5” size on a drop shot with spinning gear and live sonar, power shot the 6.5” size and flip cover with a 4/0 Texas-rig hook, and Texas rig the 9” size with an 11/0 hook and pegged 1/2oz weight fishing it on the bottom much like a spoon.
The innovative and incredibly realistic body design is poured using the perfect plastic consistency that allows the Panorama to have fluid movement in the water no matter how you choose to rig it. Available in highly realistic paint schemes and different size presentations, the 6th Sense Panorama Shad provides anglers with endless rigging options whether you’re fishing from the bank, dragging bottom, or chasing suspended fish on forward-facing sonar.
9 inch is very uniqueThis 9 inch version is very lifelike and has a great flutter on the fall. You'll need a huge hook to rig it, I'm ordering a 12/0 swimbait hook. I fish it weighted but might experiment with a weightless owner beast hook in the shallows and in creeks. However, Tackle Warehouse NEEDS to get the "Live Bluegill'' color. It's available on other sites like fishusa, and in my opinion that bluegill color would be the best color choice for the waters most anglers fish. For the smell, yes it reeks of acetone. But if you soak the lure in ziploc bag with scent for a couple days, that tremendously helps. I haven't gotten bit yet using the 9 inch but I'm confident that will happen soon. It's not the most durable and the paint doesn't last insanely long but I still think it holds great value, especially when purchased on sale.

More 9" color options pleaseReally unique bait but we don't need a bunch of 9" shad options, we need 9" Bluegill/Sunfish, Baby Bass, Trout, Carp, etc

Strong Acetone paint smell, deters all fishLooks good but smells so toxic, no amount of scent will encourage a fish to bite it. FYI, its toxic to humans and you getting a headache is your body telling you its poison. Buyer beware!

Awesome drop shot baitBait is an absolute KILLER on the drop shot. Have seen guys say that fish won’t hit it right out of the package because of the smell (?), but I’ve tested that and caught many fish on this right out of the package. The smell doesn’t bother me to bad. I don’t buy baits to smell them.
It does tear easily but adding a screw lock to the nose then putting your drop shot hook through the screw eye fixes that. I also like the 5” version on a free rig or a shakey head for the big ones out on deeper cover and ledges.

HintRig this panorama just like a banjo minnow, and you will get smashed.
The secret is rigging this bait, like the Banjo Minnow; this will be very effective.
This might be hard to believe, but the banjo minnow is an effective way to fish this.
Try it!

Good Idea, Needs Upgrades To Be GreatI’ve been using the panorama shad to sight fish largemouth, smallmouth, and bowfin recently. I knew from the beginning the bait would be effective, but I had my concerns. For those that left reviews about the plastics being weak and wreaking of acetone… It’s absolutely true. Terrible durability and the chemical smell is nearly impossible to get rid of. I even isolated the baits from the packaging and let them air out, but the smell never went away. 6th sense really needs to fix these issues because it makes a great bait pretty subpar, in all honesty. What the bait lacks with scent and durability, it makes up for with lifelike movement. I prefer to hook the panorama shad through the eyes with a weedless, weighted wacky hook and “shimmy” the bait like a dying shad. Irresistible movement for fish keyed on dying forage items. I would recommend this to other anglers, but only after a few MAJOR changes were made to these baits.

Caution do not inhale the fumes fromAlthough this is one of the best looking baits I have seen. As soon as I opened the package the smell of the baits gave me a headache. I took them outside and hung them on the top of my porch to air them out. There's no way a bass would eat this bait fresh out of the package.

Doesn't swim well (rolls) / FumesDoesn't swim well, it rolls. Additionally this plastic has the strongest paint fumes I've ever smelt on a lure... no go all around.

Durability and odorSmells extremely strongly of acetone. I assume this is a byproduct of manufacturing. Watched bass mouth it and spit it out and keep working their mouth like it had a bad taste they couldn’t shake. The ones I did catch destroyed the bait beyond use. Only had two baits that caught multiple fish before they were unusable. Look amazing but would not recommend.

No worth the hype lolLifelike action, skips good and catches fish but…its super thin and durability sucks. Quality control is hit or miss. A bunch had eyes painted wrong. Nice looking bait but once my pack finishes aka after 3 fish. I won’t buy again.
