Taking the squarebill crankbait game to a whole new level, the Azuma Big Boss Crankbait utilizes the body of the highly-successful Z Boss 20 and incorporates a hard-thumping squarebill for a deadly shallow approach. In addition to the squarebill, Azuma integrated their weight-transfer system to promote ultra-long casts extending your reach on the water. These features result in a bait that is ideal for firing-up bass in the 4 to 8-foot range with a unique underwater acoustic wave that triggers predatory instincts and elicits big strikes from livewell busting bruisers.
A truly year-around presentation, this lure was designed to be multi-functional and can be used in early spring for pre-spawn fish that are working the shallows, during spawns around rock or other cover, and in the fall when bass are gorging on shad in the backs of creeks and pockets.
