Comments: Great hook, probably the best punchin' hook I have used BUT the bait keeper design is flawed. Customers should not have to superglue or figure out some other workaround for a bait keep that slides down so easily. If they can fix this aspect of the hook (epoxy, weld, something!), it would be a 10.

Comments: I love the sharpness and strength of this hook but and this is a big BUT... the bait keeper is the Achilles heel of this hook just like the Gams. I have tried multiple brands (Gams, Owner, K Hacks) and I thought this as going to be my go-to flipping and punching but I got tired of having to superglue or shrink wrap the keeper. Come on Berkley your customers are trying shrink tubing to fix this design problem! I liked the strength and sharpness of the SK Hacks but the bait keeper is too big and tears up baits. I don't understand why these or the Gams don't come with a welded bait keeper like the Mustad Grip Pins. I'm going to try them instead. Not sure about the sharpeness of them but will give them a shot.

Comments: Super strong hooks, and sticky sharp. My p.b was caught using these hooks. It was and even 5 pounder. Flipped the fish on the bank, with braided line and didn't move the hook at all. The shrink tubing will occasionally slide down, but I just push it back up and it stays good for awhile.

Comments: Hooks are sharp and work very well. Shrink tube does wear out quickly though. Purchased some electrical shrink tube and melted it on top of the original. haven't used since the update but will let you know how it works.

Comments: Love these hooks, only hooks I use for flipping. Super strong, never had a problem with the baitkeeper. Love them.

From: Steven: SANDOWN 10/3/18

Comments: Great hook, the shrink tubing on the keeper slides down after a couple fish. I put a fan of super glue on to hold the shrink wrap on the keeper. It's a pain but these hooks are awesome.

From: Seb: Canada 9/4/18

Comments: Bait keeper came down the hook after one fish and a few weeds.

From: RobaBass: Maryland 5/10/18

Comments: These flipping hooks are the best hooks I've ever used. I flip docks 80% of the time and I've never bent a hook out and I've caught several 5+ on these hooks. Super sharp and the bait keeper doesn't tear up your plastics.

From: Matt: Lake texoma 11/2/17

Comments: Awesome flipping hooks, super sharp and get really good penetration making hooksets super easy. Never had an issue with the keeper coming off.

From: james - California 6/27/17

Comments: Hook is good, but the bait keeper comes off after just a few nice fish. Would not purchase again.

From: Unknown 5/4/17

Comments: The hook is good, handles good fish well, but the bait keeper unravels and slides up and down the hook after a few fish, would not purchase again.
