Solid tube for cold waterI can only speak for the 2.5 size for smallmouth bass. I fish it on a ned style jig head in the spring and on a inner tube head for river fishing in the fall. New penny and green pumpkin color patterns have worked the best for me in Canada and Northern lakes.

Comments: This tube is a game changer! Up here in Minnesota tubes are pretty common tablefare for smallies but they are killer for the green guys too. Try Texas rigging the 4.5" with a tube hook and pegged worm weight. You can yo-yo them in open water and work them in the thick stuff too. A summer staple fo' sure.

Comments: These are a favorite. They are thin walled tubes and collapse very easy unlike all other tubes, perfect for texas rigging. When they bite down on this it's all hook. Even little 12" smallies can bite the plastic down enough to get hooked. Incredibly soft with well cut tentacles. Not to mention PowerBait scented.

Comments: I got these a year ago (I decided not to use them because I don't like the way they look) & last week, I decided to finally take them out of my "none use bag" to at least try them out once before I throw them away. To my surprise, I was the foolish one. These things can catch fish! I've caught large & small mouth bass on it. I use a 3/8 oz bullet weight with a 3/0 hook to drag these tubes on the bottom and they are killer!
