Comments: Used the 3/8 ounce JC Special with double Colorado blades in 2-4 foot of water in the lower 60's and muddy. Great results with several nice bass. The bait runs true and has a good vibration. Comes thru sparse weeds and brush very well. The paint chipped off the head after a few collisions with standing timber and the back blade got thrown off by an acrobatic largemouth. Overall a good bait will buy a few more.

Comments: I love these baits, but they don't hold up to smallmouth. I keep buying them because I love the skirt combo and orange blade. I'm absolutely destroying smallmouth with these on my local river (water stays tainted to dirty), but I loose too many fish because the wire KEEPS BREAKING. I've started buying another bait (in addition to this one) so I can use the other for the main body (head/wire/hook). This bait would be 5 stars, BUT the wire is a weak point and it's bad. Breaks, breaks, and more breaks.

Comments: These spinnerbaits catch fish really good, but the wire breaks easily and its always been in the bend where the line ties. I started using them last September and six have broken. I caught 4 this weekend on a brand-new one out of the package, and it broke on a 1 1/2 pounder. These baits catch fish good but they cost too much to be breaking this easily.

Comments: I love this series of spinnerbaits. I was faced with dirty water in the high 60's and thanks to this lure I managed to catch a 4.5 and some 2's. Burning this spinnerbait over water willow when the water comes up and gets dirty after a flood on the Coosa River chain is a deadly technique.

Comments: Great spinnerbait but the swivels are junk. Replace them before throwing and you'll be in business.

Comments: As a blade fanatic, this bait, for a mass-produced bait, is insane. The wire, the thump...all muy bueno. QC is kind of lacking, so beware but dang it, this one is good.

Comments: I got the 3/8 ounce jc special and it worked wonderfully until the big blade came off. I caught 2 missed 1 and lost 2. It has a ok hook up ratio but it is probably better when ran with a trailer hook. I wish I had some trailer hooks because I lost about a 5/6 pounder.

Comments: Great spinnerbait. Hard thumping and durable. Runs true and takes all kind of abuse, head design allows it to overcome heavy cover with ease. Go to for stained or cold water. When fished med-fast has the feel of a chatterbait through the rod. Must have for North-East anglers.

Comments: This bait runs very well. I caught 5 fish on it with a very good hookup ratio. Sadly one of the blades came off so i have to get a new blade for it. Great looking bait though and it works.

Comments: White/chart with orange kicker is all I need in this series. The 4 1/2 size gold blade thumps hard.
