Overview

Built to target hard-to-catch and suspended fish with the use of forward-facing sonar, the CAST Fishing Co. Echo incorporates a patent-pending design that allows it to swim on the descent when rigged on a hover-rig or hover-style jig head. To achieve this desirable swim action, simply insert a nail weight into the provided belly cavity and rig the Echo with a 90-degree finesse hook to create separation between the hook and weight for an ultra-realistic baitfish imitation.

Born from the popular Cast Co. Prodigy swimbait, the Echo features a similar body shape and 3D eyes but has a horizontal fork-shaped tail that reacts quickly with minimal input from the rod tip. Providing versatility for a wide range of rigging methods, the CAST Fishing Co. Echo is the perfect size and shape for damiki rig and drop shot applications while also being a phenomenal finesse trailer for underspins, bladed jigs, and spinnerbaits.

Limitless possibilitesThis bait excels in two areas. Underspins and hover type rigs. When rigged on a hover rig, it has a shimmy when falling that is extremely natural. If you go with a weightless hover rig hook and incorporate a tungsten nail weight in the slot in its belly, it will sit nose down on the bottom with its tail sticking up at a 45 degree angle. The bait can then be popped and it will flutter back down like a dying baitfish.
