Comments: Have caught 6 bass on this bait now and I love it! Has a great swimming action and so far no problem with the hooks or split rings. Bass were between 1 - 3 1/2 pounds so nothing crazy but it gets bit!

Comments: This thing is awesome. Perfect color right out of the package, I was reading other comments about how the mouse wasn't the original but I can say I got it. Sweet painted body with a really great tail that won't come off. The lip is a really thick clear plastic, I know you can bang this thing off socks or rocks and it won't fail! Great job on the design cl8 baits!!!

Comments: After a local goofball posted a video of a bass he caught and pulled a mouse out of its throat, I had to get one. I colored the pinkish tail black because Im weird like that. Anyways, this bait gets bit!

Comments: Just received this bait and I'm a little disappointed,screw lock tail was a great idea except the screw should come out more you can't get the tail to stay on . Also mines came with pre hook rash . Like if someone tested out for me . Haven't tried it out on the water yet but I can imagine it's gonna fill with water or I'm gonna lose the tail. Cl8 if you guys read this fix the screw lock and use better paint I know this bait will work with some fixes.....

Comments: The original CL8 Mighty Mouse is one of my all-time favorite top water baits, but just note that this new version is not the same bait construction wise. The original was more expensive and on closer inspection this new Mighty Mouse is not a poured/resin bait with a circuitboard lip, it's a clear plastic molded bait like a crankbait. The tail is also slightly smaller with a pointy tapered tip like a Yamamoto pro senko. Haven't had a chance to try it out on the water to compare action vs the original.
