A glide bait that allows anglers to cover water with the same efficiency as a spinnerbait or bladed jig, the Darter Glide Bait is superbly balanced thanks to a proprietary material lamination process that offers excellent buoyancy in a bait of its size.

Built with an ultra-thin body that provides a variety of retrieve methods, the Clutch Swimbait Co. Not worth the priceIt's a solid bait with solid action but for the material and it's production quality compared to other baits of its size it's more like a $50 bait at best

A++Darter + lake murray cane piles = FIRE no other glide bait gets it done for me like this one on murray and clark hill for me. olive blueback is my favorite, trying bronzeback next. The new bkk hooks they're using now are great, 100 turnaround.

THE GLIDE!If you were to have one glide bait in your box, it needs to be the Clutch Darter. Whether it’s spots, largemouth or smallmouth this bait just catches them. It has a wide glide when worked correctly. INVEST YOUR MONEY ON THIS BAIT, ITS WORTH IT!

Perfect reaction glideI've been using the darter for a few months now and have been catching fish extremely well on it. This glide is a situational glide, I like throwing it around docks and shallow cover, and working it super snappy when fish are willing to react to baits well. I found that a softer rod and lighter line works best for this glide, and adding a snap on the front helps me get more side to side movement on it. Once you figure out how to work this bait correctly, you'll be shocked at the bites this thing gets. 10/10 recommend.

ReviewMy first ever review. The darter is over rated at $235.00. Cant see why a 7 inch bait cost that much. Definitely better glide baits out there cheaper than that especially with better hooks. Why someone would skimp on hooks with a bait this expensive blows my mind. Action is average. The eco is ok. Hooks are also garbage. Guys annoying on ig and rehashes everything else alot of the og guys have known for years.

Garbage HardwareThis is the first review I’ve ever written on a product but I feel it’s necessary. The action of the bait is amazing, but the hardware is absolute garbage! For 250$ this glide should’ve had quality hooks from the start!? The garbage hooks it came with actually broke, not bent but completely broke off of the bait. Lesson learned and will never purchase another product from clutch.

If nothing works, this will!Honestly for the $, well worth the bait. If you know how to retrieve ur glide/swimbaits, this can honestly do it all. Chop, slow s-motion, snap, etc. Was doubtful at first, but no regret purchasing this one.

This one is different!Took this out on the home lake on a sunny day and caught my biggest bag of the year! This glide bait is unlike any other you can really control the speed and trigger the big ones that just follow it out. These hooks are awesome. They must be japanese or something because I can't figure out what they are. So sharp and strong! Bronzeback was the ticket for me. Now I have to get a bone and purple illusion.

Fast!"I prefer fishing at a fast pace, so throwing a glide all day has been challenging for me. However, since discovering the Clutch Darter, I've found it easier. This bait allows you to maintain normal speeds, and my favorite aspect is that you can't fish it too fast. A fantastic all-around glide!"

Comments: Good bait catches big fish no doubt and there's no other glide out there with the same action. But for the price the hooks are JUNK. For 235$ they should be using owner or BKK.
