Designed by Crock-O-Gator pro-staff and 2022 BFL All-American Connor Cunningham, the Crock-O-Gator X-Toad Frogs incorporate a molded trailer hook cavity that holds the hook in a stationary position to maximize efficiency. Simply rig up the X-Toad with a trailer hook placed into the molded slot on the backside of the toad first, then thread the frog onto your buzzbait by looping the point of the main hook through the molded cavity and the eye of the trailer hook.
This innovative rigging design is compatible with your favorite 2/0 or 3/0 straight shank trailer hook, pairs perfectly with your favorite color Crock-O-Gator X-Bite Skirtless Buzzbait and increases your hook-up ratios with short-striking bass. Gliding smoothly through the water with a hull-shaped belly and enticing leg action, the Crock-O-Gator X-Toad Frogs are also deadly Texas-rigged with an EWG weighted belly hook or with any other traditional toad rigging methods.
