Featuring a unique head shape and a 60-degree flat eye, the Dirty Jigs Matt Herren Flippin’ Jig effortlessly crawls over any type of cover and keeps your trailer pointed upwards while on the bottom like a crawdad in a defensive posture.
It also features a premium short shank Gamakatsu Hook, which creates a more compact profile than most other flipping jigs but still provides phenomenal hook setting performance. Comments: Best all around jig I've used. For the trailer I use either a 3 inch big bite baits fighting frog or a strike king rage menace. My favorite color of the jig is hammerbury craw or Matt's mixup. I typically skip docks or flip with a 3/8. And when I'm fishing brush piles 10-15 foot deep I'll fish a 1/2.

Comments: These jigs are fantastic. Definitely overrated. Hookup ratio is very good, comes in and out of cover cleanly. Can't ask for much more.

Comments: Very well made jig. Love the head shape and the hook shape. Hook penetrates easily and once hooked, it's not coming off. I don't fish really thick cover so I usually just go with SC Flippin jig but I will continue to use this jig more and more.
