Overview
The Evergreen Gizmo is a floating rubber jig that was designed to imitate a Cicada, a major food source for bass in certain parts of the United States, Mexico, and Japan. The Gizmo’s bug-like profile is made from elastomer which is a very strong and buoyant material which makes this lure very durable and reactive to the even the slightest twitches of your rod.
The Gizmo includes a sticky sharp size 2 Decoy Jig hook with that is molded into the body of this bait. You should feel confident in fishing the Gizmo around trees, laydowns, brush, or any cover you may come across as this lure comes paired with a translucent monofilament weed guard. To give the Evergreen Gizmo the final touch of realism, this bug includes front and rear rubber legs that will quiver to create ripples on the surface of the water as you shake your rod tip.
If you are looking for a finesse approach to topwater or the bass are keying in on bugs/small forage, the Evergreen Gizmo will be a sure bet to fill your limit.

Comments: The Evergreen Gizmo is a great little finesse topwater bait. The only issue I have is it's so light it does make it difficult to throw with any kind of distance. I use on lightweight spinning rod which does help and you just got to love the action of this little bait dancing on top of the water. Seems to really work well for the more finicky fish.

Comments: got on to these after watching a great young fisherman Nolan Minor's yt video. They helped him win a big yak tournament. I had one I'd never thrown found it and took it to a pond and had a blast catchig big BG and LM. Light and not going to get much distance and going to need a calm day but the hook up ratio is good for a top water. Fun to fish and the fish ate them good.

Comments: Good little bait, a little hard to cast but when they are feeding on them bugs, killer little deal here.

Comments: The Gizmo is a pond dream bait for Bass. My 1st time using it I caught over 30 ranging from 6" all the way up to 4lbs. Its so natural looking just like a a struggling Dragongly on the surface. I knew it was gonna be a good #s bait but I was shocked how the bigger fish crushed it. It's a bait you wanna throw on spinning tackle with 6-8lb mono

Comments: This is an interesting finesse topwater lure. Works well when the bass and panfish are feeding on dragon flies. It is quite durable but does not cast far.
