Designed and tested in the heavily vegetated lakes of Florida, the Fitzgerald Vursa Braided Line Green provides the stealthiness and strength to get big bass out of the thickest jungles. Comments: This is completely different line from the black Vursa braid. If you liked that, you'll hate this. Too soft, buries on itself constantly.

Comments: I throw a lot of braid and up until recently was a loyal Power Pro user. Because of the inconsistent quality and poor Power Pro customer service I was forced to look for a new product that I could rely on to land the massive fish that I have become accustomed to catching.(fish tale?) I put the Gamma braid up against the Versa both riding on the pristine spools of matching Daiwa Tatula SV reels. The Versa initially is very stiff but after some treatments with Reel Snot or similar products the line softens and becomes less prone to backlash. It casts extremely smoothly and the color stays dark even after a lot of use and abuse. I have caught 50 fish since spoiling up and never broke off on a fish. It was hard to skip under docks but gets easier after it is worn a little bit. The Gamma is softer and allows skipping quite a bit better but lacks the smoothness of the Versa. You won't be disappointed.

Comments: I own this line is several sizes. I love this line. I use this stuff exclusively, works amazing never break off color fade is minimal but over time will fade but what braid doesn't! I highly recommend this braid.

Comments: What can I say more about this Braid! Super strong, casts a mile, never have to retie. Replaced my "other" brand of braid. I was hesitant at first, but 100% need to spool vursa up and try it out. You'll be "hooked" and then switch over. Gave me the competitive edge and confidence to hammer the big bass.
