Hard To Maneuver BoatIf you have a single axle trailer and you move your boat around in the garage or wherever, you will want to stay away from the double wheel version of this jack.

Comments: Do not purchase this product! They are good in concept but their quality control and customer service is very poor. I purchased the two wheel version from TW for $214.00. The clip that holds the cranking handle during transport was broken in the box and I can see why, it was poorly designed. The wrong hardware kit was in the box. I got the parts for a single wheel not the double wheel. The worst part of it all was the service bulletin they put in the box. They obviously had either a design flaw, or missed a step in production. The service bulletin wants you to drill a pretty good sized hole into the the aluminum housing to create some sort of vent or weep hole. Then to top it all off when I tried to contact them to get it sorted out no one ever called back. The only response I got was a facebook message from what I assume is the social media manager, saying he forwarded my info to the service team and they would contact me. In the end I just returned it to TW for a refund.  I should have just done that to start. TW was great and the return and refund was executed very fast.
