Overview
An innovative tool for wacky rigging and neko rigging, the G7 Worm Tube Pliers work in conjunction with the G7 Worm Protect Tubes to create a more efficient and more durable way to wacky rig or neko rig your favorite worm or stick bait. The G7 Worm Tube Pliers open up when compressed to stretch out a G7 Worm Protect Tube, which allows anglers to insert a soft plastic worm into the tube and place it in any position. A coned backside on the G7 Worm Tube Pliers also acts as a funnel to maintain stability when rigging in rough or windy conditions. Finished with rubberized textured handles, the G7 Worm Tube Pliers are a necessary tool for wacky rigging and neko rigging with G7 Worm Protect Tubes.
Length - 5"
Please Note: Be careful with how much pressure you apply with G7 Pliers. G7 Worm Protect Tubes may tear.

Comments: This is the best Wacky tool that I've used as it will work with longer worms like a 7" Senko better than the regular O ring tool. I 'm not a fan of their plastic worm tubes as they tear way too easy. I prefer the Mustad O ring or the Frenzy Baits Wacky Saddle depending on the worm I 'm using.

Comments: The system works well once you have the tube on your worm. I use Yamamoto senko's, which are fairly expensive so I was looking to get a few more bites from each. Unfortunately, while getting the tubes on the worms with the special tool is not too difficult, getting the tool out afterwards is too difficult. I have started to prepare some before my trips to save time and aggravation on the water. If I didn't already have the tool I would probably not buy this item.

Comments: I have been very happy with these pliers. The plastic sleeves can get a little expensive but nothing holds a Neko Rig or Wacky Rig worm like this combination. Pliers seem to be of good quality and have not had any issues with them.

Comments: They work as advertised. Long term durability is in question, but they shouldn't take too much abuse if used for their intended purpose. Though for the price, I would like them to be spring loaded. Plus, on larger gauge worms, the speculum gap is not quite tall enough for them to slide in without pulling them through with more force than I like to use on salt filled/softer baits. Also, sliding the sleeve down and off the nose of the pliers can be difficult on dry worms.
If I could do it over again, I'd find a cheaper option somewhere else.
