Comments: Terrible design! I rigged a fresh one up for the first time on a T Rig. Left my rods strapped to the deck and drove 5 minutes to the lake. When I got there, one of the legs was gone. I rigged another one up. fished it for about 8 casts, same thing. Leg ripped off.

Comments: These things catch fish. But like all Googan plastics, they are not durable. The original run of these baits is fantastic, they are a full 6" and much thicker. But the new style baits that you get when you buy them now aren't a true 6". They are 5.5" and they are much skinnier and way less durable. They catch fish, but I no longer use these since they changed the style of the bait.

Comments: Durability is terrible but they catch fish.  Dip the tips in Chartreuse and hold on to your a$$ cause the bass will eat them up.

Comments: The Trench Hog is my personal favorite lure from the googans. I use it almost every time whether its as a trailer or on a texas rig i will catch something big every time i would also recommend the Krackin' Craw or the Mondo worm and also the Lunker log all the googan squad needs to work on is the durability of their lures.

Comments: not a fan of the "googan squad" but this is the only bait from there line up i like, not trying to jump on there hype train but this bait is solid not the best of all time but just a little different then any other flapping creature, great draggin threw brush piles or on a carolina rig, flippin the 4.65 is good to.

Comments: This bait can catch any size fish but those big ones like it too. I love this bait! I recommend black and blue, Natural, and watermelon red. Fish this bait on grassy beds and great for ponds good luck fishing with these baits most likely you'll catch a fish and I highly recommend this bait.

Comments: Hands down my favorite soft plastic of all time. The action on it with its length make big bass go crazy. This bait caught me my PB at 8 lbs. I will admit tho the durability is a bit lacking. But you can not beat the action and presentation of this bait.

Comments: This is a sleeper bait.  I've used this flipping/pitching grass, docs, wood and also as a plain old TX rig and it has excelled everywhere.  I've caught a bunch of bass over 5lbs on this bait since I started using them back in December.  You'll catch the small ones too, but the bigger bass love this thing.

Comments: This bait really is a step out of the box, in a totally good kind of way. It really differentiates itself from the rest of the soft plastic creature bait market by having such a different look and action. I strictly texas rig it and fish it around docks and grass beds and have caught both largemouth and smallmouth on it. Don't be fooled because its a bigger bulkier bait, fish of all sizes will eat it. The 3 colors I use are black blue flake, natural, and my favorite; watermelon red.

Comments: This company makes some nice baits and produce very well. Only con is the colors are inconsistent. A little more care when pouring two color baits would be nice. However the trench hog gets bit and frequently.

Comments: Awsome on a wobble head and has a great action thrown on 40lb daiwa braid on Kentucky lake Paris landing bridge and has a great action hopping out rocks.Recommend summer craw and a shakey/wobblehead and a texas rig but can be used to punch and cut down to a trailer size

Comments: My brothers and I recently ordered some of these along with the Slim Shake, Mondo Worm, and Krackin' Craw. While all of these are great baits, the Trench Hawg was by far my favorite. The action coming over structure, dragging bottom, or even hopping of the bottom is stunning. They have an extremely strong scent that seems to seep out of the bait even after extended use. The clam shell packaging held every bait in perfect shape. Durability was not an issue, and after this bait tore, I just bit the tip off and had plenty more to work with. Its a large bait that in my experiences produces larger bites than the average brush hog or craw. This was my favorite bait simply because its like nothing else I've seen. In a pressured area on my local river, I casted this bait in an area where others had thrown jigs, craws, swimbaits, senkos, and lots of other traditional tackle with minimal success. I took to casts with this bait dragging it over and then in front of a huge, fallen, and partially submerged tree, and jacked one of the bigger fish in the area. River bass fight so hard!
