Overview
Highlighting Jackall’s pension for innovative design and unshakeable quality, the Jackall Chop Cut Propbait delivers a one of a kind construction that is simply a “cut” above other topwater lures. At the front, the Jackall Chop Cut Propbait features two thin blades that slice through the water, creating a powerful sputter and a deafening acoustic. Unlike one dimensional, chuck-and-wind style baits, the Jackall Chop Cut Propbait’s speed dictates its pitch and action, so anglers can vary their retrieve to achieve distinctly different presentations.
Focusing on function as well as form, the Jackall Chop Cut Propbait features an innovative wire attachment that keeps line from tangling with the prop, and a swiveling hook hanger that prevents fish from gaining leverage during a fight. Offered in a number of highly detailed colors, the Jackall Chop Cut Propbait leverages innovative design and unrivaled quality to give anglers a truly unique topwater presentation.

Comments: I bought a few of these Chopcuts last Fall and never used them. I was throwing my trusty Tiemco Jumbo Cicada and caught a couple of good sized smallies... and then nothing. I thought what the heck and tied on one of the Chopcuts. After I figured out that you have to rip it when using a smaller sized spinning reel the smallies and northern pike went nuts on this thing! I caught seven fish on the Chopcuts which is a pretty good haul where I fish. I used both sizes and it didn't seem to matter... consistent blowups regardless of what size you use. I tend to use smaller spinning reels so I preferred the smaller Chopcut for casting. The ridiculously loud sound these things make when churning through the water is hilarious! You'll never believe these lures will catch anything until that first strike... then you'll be sold. I just ordered three more Chopcut Juniors. The only complaint is the side hook sometimes gets tangled and the retrieve is ruined. I plan on experimenting with a smaller hook on the side to see if that alleviates the issue. Regardless, this is now my #1 lure coming out of the box.

Comments: Junk. Gets tangled if there's any wind what so ever. Don't expect to cast it very far. Impossible. Haven't caught a single fish on black or white. It probably is a decent bait for some people but for the money it is junk.

Comments: Wow..this is a very slick bait. the prop is wild. The sound just spinning it is wild. Very unique. The finish is awesome. The side mounted hook is cool. I bought the HL Bluegill. I can't wait to give this beauty a spin. I bet it's a fish catcher.

Comments: After all the giant blowups I've had on the Pompadour over the last couple years, I had to try this one. Did not disappoint! Been throwing it for 2 weeks and already caught three fish over 5lbs on it. Another winner from Jackall.

Comments: This thing is awesome! Now that I've had a wile to fish it i can further review it. Prop starts spinning immediately and spins at even the slowest crawl. Sounds amazing and very unique. Depending on the speed of retrieve it makes different sounds. Crawl it or burn it. Paint jobs r awesome. All around great new innovative lure from Jackall. Highly recommend for any topwater enthusiast!
