Overview
Delivering the quality and performance that has made Jackall Lures a mainstay in many professional and avid tournament anglers’ tackle boxes, the Jackall Deracoup Tail Spinner is the perfect lure for mimicking small baitfish and minnows. Molded with a true-to-life shad profile, the Jackall Deracoup Tail Spinner features a solid lead construction and is very compact, allowing anglers to cast it extremely long distances to cover more water and catch more fish. The Jackall Deracoup Tail Spinner also features a premium rear Colorado blade attached by a ball bearing swivel that produces a bright flash and thumping vibration to grab the attention of nearby fish.
Perfect for casting or vertical jigging applications, the Jackall Deracoup Tail Spinner is incredibly effective when fished from a boat or shore and is deadly in any body of water whether it’s a lake, stream, or pond. A special tube around the tail helps reduce line tangles and damage from casting, which is a common problem with most spin-tail jigs as well. Armed with a sticky sharp treble hook to ensure a high hook up ratio, the Jackall Deracoup Tail Spinner is available in a wide range of colors that will match the hatch in any situation you encounter on the water.

Comments: I bought the Jackal Deracoup about a year ago, forgot I had it, and dug it out of my Plano box today. The black and gold Deracoup produced an absolute tank of a smallmouth Bass!

Comments: Amazing fish catcher. Virtually all fish will hit this thing. I bought these for bottom bouncing for river walleye, but starting catching some big bass and pike while the lure descends. I've had great results on fish busting the surface when other lures failed. throw this passed them and get ready. I do agree with the hardware issues. I found a couple of things help: When dry, open the spit ring(s)and add some super glue; works well and split ring pliers will break the bond if needed. Also a quality surgical tubing works great for covering the swivel and body split ring. Just be sure to add the tubing before gluing the blade split ring shut.

Comments: I really want to like this bait, the colors are great and it casts extremely far. However, there is a big design flaw. If the shrink tube comes off the consistent fluttering of the spoon will cease to exist. I went on my first outing with this lure in the fall time and caught a 4lb largemouth but my spoon ended up coming off several casts later. The hardware definitely needs an improvement.

Comments: Hands down the WORST lure for catching smallies on the Chicago lakefront. No other lure turns off smallies like the deracoup. I NEVER caugt a single smallie in over 6 months. Smallies HATE it, it scares them away. It scares away all the feeesh don't waste your money.

Comments: Bait has great realism, and the action was good even in cold water. However, I would recommend swapping the hardware on it. After only 10 casts, the rear split ring broke, taking the blade off with it.

Comments: Threw one around for the first time yesterday, swam if shallow above the milfoil, caught 3 bass. Used the 1/2 oz size which is a very small lure, but casts like a bullet. The lake I was fishing has a bunch of 1-2" shad this year and a small bait like this is a good thing. Didn't have any hardware problems, so far haven't changed out the hooks or split rings. Was going to order a few more, but out of stock, other people must like them too.

Comments: Insane bait for whenever the fish are keyed in on small bait. Slow roll it or jig it back to the boat like a blade bait. The thump of the blade is easy to feel. The only downside... the hardware is garbage. At a minimum swap the split rings immediately when you get it. I'd expect more from a company like Jackal, especially for the price, but I'll keep buying them.

Comments: I loved throwing this, gives a good thump. I usually have braided line spooled so you feel every moment of the action. The down side was that with very little use, the split ring in the back, the one attached to the blade, came undone. Lost the blade altogether. I'd like to get another but I'm just hesitant, don't want it happening again.

Comments: Just received today & tried it out. Bite has been slow as water temps are down. However, after only a few casts I landed a nice bass. I got red color to imitate crawfish and I think it's going toward well.

Comments: Awesome bait...Catching a lot of bass & white bass. Perfect vibration with either a steady pull or jerking it along the way...Falls nicely.

Comments: Jackall will need to recall these. Great bait and catches fish but you will loose the blade after a couple hours of fishing. Not sure what causes this..... I think just bad parts or fish hitting the blade. The swivel on the back will break completely or the blade will fall off. Happened to 3 out of 4 in just two trips. Pretty disappointing because it could be a really good bait and the price is high for a tail spin.
