These orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Tackle Warehouse.

Comments: I did a review on this reel. It is super nice, feels refined, overall a good reel for the money. Comparing it to my nasci, they are extremely similar. The nasci 500 I have weight a whole ounce and a half more than this reel, and this is the 1000 size reel. Can't wait to compare the kestrel to my shimano Miravel 1000 that is on the way.

Comments: I had been looking for a lightweight reel for my UL rod. Feedback from Icast sounded positive. I ordered on 8-12 knowing it would be on backorder. It got here 9-2 which was earlier than expected. Took it out today(9-3) and I am very pleased. It is smooth with no slop at all. Drag is very smooth and strong with no jerkiness at all. I caught a three pound bass with no issues. The smooth linear pull made fighting the fish much easier. This is a great reel at a great price. I have a Shimano Vanford 1000 and it gives up very little to it at half the price.This reel is mated to an Old 18 Buoyancy UL rod and balances perfectly. The combo weighs 7.4 ounces total.
