Designed to operate at its best in dense vegetation, the Molix Tenax Wide Gap Flipping Jig offers extra hook setting power for pulling big bass out of the thickest cover. Featuring a custom OMTD Wide Gap Hook that improves the performance of the jig in vertical presentations, it also improves functioning while the jig is standing up on the bottom. The custom OMTD hook accommodates large plastic trailers better as well, providing improved hook penetration and higher hook-up ratios.
Equipped with an exclusive bullet-shaped head that allows the Tenax Wide Gap Jig to get in and out of heavy cover with ease, Molix also calculated the number of fibers in the weedguard based on the jigs weight to enhance its weedlessness and provide better hook sets. The skirt of the Tenax Wide Gap Jig is hand-tied and made with an innovative “fine cut” silicone (Living Skirt System), which provides a very realistic and natural motion as well.
