Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. These orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Tackle Warehouse.

Comments: The binder rings are plastic and do come unclasped. However, they don't bend and lose holding tension... and become useless like the metal binder rings found in other plastics storage wallets. The key is to just super glue the plastic binder rings at the closing point. The bait holding pages/ bags are then in place permanently which was fine for me. The water resistant zippers are a little stiff to move but break in a little with use. The zipper pulls are plastic, but hold them at the base and they should be fine over time. I had a single side one for 2 seasons so far and it held up very well. I just got a second one... this time the double sided version. The quality is very good in my opinion. I bought them for being water resistant on my Kayak. I've had many others throughout the years from Bass Pro and Cabela's. Those weren't water resistant and would get damp in rain. Water would get between the pages and were a pain to dry. The metal binder rings w ould eventually fall apart. I am optimistic that this plastics binder will last if care is taken... you just can't be rough on them. Overall, the best quality I've seen in a Plastics Wallet/ Binder.

Comments: Just received this from TW. High quality, plenty of room, sleek design. Holds 40 packs of soft plastics, front to back so you can see what's in each folder. Running out of room for soft plastics, give it a try.
