Designed by Bassmaster Elite Series angler, Seth Feider, the Outkast Tackle Feider Fly Marabou Jig delivers a highly naturalized action that comes to life when other jigs fall short. Built upon Outkast’s Money Jig Head, the Outkast Tackle Feider Fly Marabou Jig is festooned with hand-tied marabou, creating a lifelike plume of action, even in colder water where synthetic materials have a tendency to clump-up and lose effectiveness. Backed by a razor-sharp Gamakatsu hook, the Outkast Tackle Feider Fly Marabou Jig delivers an unbeatable combination of time-tested materials and hand-tied quality.
Comments: I have fished the gamut of hair jigs for Smallmouth bass from expensive custom ties to cheap, mass-produced junk. The Feider Fly is the best bang for the buck that I have found. I have not found a sharper hair jig hook than what is used for these flies. The downside of the Feider Fly... the quality control is horrible! Many times I have received my re-stock order of Feiders only to find that one or both of the flies in a pack have problems that make them almost unfishable. Bad thread wraps that let the maribou fall right off, or bent over lead heads are the two main issues I see. If you get a good pack they are great. If you get a pack tied by the graveyard shift... they Suck.

Comments: The best hair jig, hands down, no question. Great color choices, but honestly not sure you need any other color other than black.

Comments: Expensive, yes. However, you get what you pay for! The light wire Gamakatsu hook is perfect for this technique and you simply do not lose fish on this jig. The marabou is perfect and high quality too, but the best part is the little wire keeper they have on here to hold a pice of plastic to be able to cast it a mile! I think for the components and design you will not find a better hair jig. From: Mark: Flint, MI 7/15/19
Comments: I used to love these until I found an alternative, they are way over priced for a simple hair jig. There are many more options on the web for the same quality at less that half the price for a 2 pack. Look around before you go broke buying these.

Comments: Jigs work well when slow rolling and reeling with a steady retrieve. However, don't let them touch the bottom around a rocky bottom. They sang up like nothing and they gone. At 5 bucks a pop you can lose 20 bucks of jigs in 4 casts. Definitely over priced!
