Comments: Package comes WITHOUT the blade attached to the shaft. Split rings are very small and almost impossible to attach the willow leaf to the shaft. Very poor design. I had to replace the spilt rings with a larger size in order to attach the willow leaf. Don't know why they don't come attached from the factory!
