Comments: Nice real, smooth brake, light on the hand, this reel could be easy$150.00 range, I have lot of Quantum reels, but this is a really nice reel smooth,& the colors I'm buying more.

Comments: In honor of my dad I decided to put his 6'6" MH Quantum Iron casting combo back into service for fluking, he got this combo 20 years ago with his points from work. Got the Accurist to replace the Iron reel because somehow the housing for the worm gear for the level wind got dented and kept jamming. Great affordable lightweight option for bay fluking, super convenient flipping switch, powerful drag. Pair it with a lighter casting rod, to me nothing beats the lightness and sensitivity of the old school IM6 graphite compared to these newer pool cue jigging rods they advertise for fluking that are super heavy and utterly numb.

Comments:I love my new reel. As soon as I received it I attached it to my lewes rod and added my line. Took 2 weeks before I hit the water. The reel is lightweight and easy to use. I am still dialing in the braking system as I am fairly new to baitcasters. I definitely recommend this model. Large handles for cranking and ease of use.
