Great Carolina rig. Bait..I have used 3d lizard a few times so far this early spring on a Carolina rig..fish haven't moved in yet, caught a few decent staging spotted bass off of secondary points in 10-12 foot deep...expect to get better as water warms an fish move up..
mehh..I love fishing lizards so wanted to give these a shot but i never really thought of how important that curly zoom legs were for the action. Stick with the classics.

Comments: This lizard has a lot of action and a lot of detail. I bought 2 packs of the Savage lizards and caught 22 bass in a 6 hour time frame. I caught these fish at Lake Hartwell which has heavy pressure. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Comments: TackleWarehouse - Yes we call them lizards- we have for years- but they are amphibians. A killer lure used weightless in the shallows or right on the bottom. Drag it through where bass are nesting and you'll experience some hard strikes - buy some of these and sharpen your hooks, fellas

Comments: I fish a really clear 60 acre lake that contains both largemouth and smallmouth. Once I saw how detailed Savage made this lizard, I figured I'd give it a shot, even though we are well passed bedding season. I fish this lizard with a nail worm inserted into the body, and a light wire hook texposed in the head. That causes the lizard to sink horizontally, letting the tail flutter a bit on the way down. Fishing it around weed edges and shore cover, I've caught several nice largemouths up to 4lbs or so. Where I live, that's a really nice sized bass. What I especially like about this product is the tail; it creates a nice vibration that attracts fish in low light conditions. I consider this a finesse bait, although I'm sure you could pitch this if you wanted to as long as you rig it with a heavier weight. I'm not a fan of lizards, but this one from Savage is a keeper.

Comments: Best lizard bait I have ever used. Its bigger in profile than the standard lizard, not sure if it is this or the ribs in the body or how detailed the legs and fingers are but this thing gets eaten.

Comments: Just went out yesterday with my nephew to Wade in to a strip pit and try to catch some bass. These lizard baits look great & in about 2.5hrs I caught 11 bass. My nephew started with a worm bait and only got a few hits before I told him to try one of mine. Almost right away he started catching bass ! He finished with 6. I will say tho these look great, I don't think they're all that durable. I'd still recommend for sure!
