Great finesse stickI have the 7'6 fast and boy is this thing great with finesse techniques. Mainly used as a Ned rod but going to start incorporating this rod for dragging small Swimbait's. I did have the rod break at the handle right at the split grip which I'd never seen and did have to pay a discounted rate for replacement as it was out of warranty. That's the only reason it isn't 5 stars, the rod itself is badass.

Excellent for light soft plastics!I bought this rod to use out of my kayak because of the short handle but am absolutely blown away with the distance this rod adds to my casts! I was previously using a Sixgill halfling spinning rod and liked it but this Curado is on a whole nother level! I have zero complaints about this rod!

Comments: I had a Crucial for 10+ years and it broke this summer......KUDOS to Shimano's warranty. I sent the broken rod to the factory and they sent me a new CURADO.  Wow am I impressed; both by the integrity of Shimano and the quality of the new Curado line; light, strong, sensitive. Way to go TW and Shimano!!!

Comments: I love this rod after a few months of fishing with it. Good action. Lightweight. Comfortable. Looks good.

Comments: Did not want to spend $300 or more on spinning rod so I decided to try the 7'm model and I am very pleased with it. Can't believe how light it is and it is sensitive enough to feel bites. Caught some decide Alabama bass on it so far throwing a wacky rigged senior and small 3" swimbaits. Very good buy for the price.

Comments: I have the 7'ml for Ned rig and drop shot. Set-up with a spirex 2500 feels good and balanced. The rod has a very light tip and sensitivity is much better than the SLX it replaced. I only use this rod for open hook techniques, it is to light to drive a hook thru plastics on a long cast. This rod would work great for small cranks also
