Comments: I have been using Stren line for over 40 years. At one point I tried Trilene and had nothing but problems with it. I am sure it is good line or it wouldn't sell so well. But I had issues for some reason. I will stick with Stren until I have a reason to change. I use line from 4 lb to 17 lb and several in between. With no issues from any of them. If you install it properly, you will have no issues. I don't understand why Tackle Warehouse does not carry the 4 pound line or anything to do with ultralight fishing. They are missing out on sales. A lot of people fish using ultralights, even for bass.
