Made using the same mold and materials as Hideki Maeda’s original design, the Teckel USA Goodpecker Topwater Bait boasts a one-of-a-kind bladed construction that calls fish in with a highly-individualized, pronounced action. The Teckel Goodpecker Topwater Walking Bait features an oversized blade along the belly, which clacks, throws flash, and accentuates the action of the bait as it walks.
Upping the ante on auditory attraction, the Teckel Goodpecker features two rattle chambers – one with small BB’s and one with a singular knocker – that produce a unique and enticing frequency as it slithers over the surface. The rear knocker also works to extend casting distance, so you can cover water quickly and reach breaking fish from a long range. Designed with an extreme focus on detail, the Teckel Goodpecker is offered in a number of natural colors and fitted with hyper-realistic eyes.
