Pre ordered hunk of sadnessWell well the finish is great, comes with no hardware (not a big deal). I put I believe #2 trebles and some new slit rings. It swims so bad that I wouldn’t even give this bait away. Going to experiment more. For the price id expect a little more. Now it’s just a big experiment. Definitely not the punker replacement I thought it would be.

Would Recommend
Quality craftsmanshipThe paint job and colorway is top tier. My thought is that the bait was mostly designed for largemouth so the hardware might be lacking. For instance, the hook hangers are thin for both the 8” and 10”. Otherwise the walk and action on the bait is superior. Stripers will tear these up, no doubt. Don’t let the 1-star review gatekeep you from investing in one.

DisappointedJust got this bait less than a month ago and while excited to get this top water lure into the water; 2 outings later; the lures finish is peeling off, wood is exposed and just falling apart. Very disappointed at the expense vs quality. Doesn’t appear I can upload a photo to share the damage.
