favorite braided lineI dont understand how so many people have issues with this line. I've been using it for about 5 years and have not had any issues. I use 40 lbs for all of my heavier application fishing like frogging, chatter baits, tx rigs, crankbaits (both shallow and deep), and topwater. The line isn't the quietest but it catches fish and is trouble-free. I use 50lbs for fishing glides attached to 20lbs fluoro or mono leader and it handles nicely. I only wish Yo-Zuri made their braid under 50lbs 8 stranded as well. Overall, highly recommend this quality line at a steal of a price.

Comments: Absolute garbage. Holds water like a dog bowl, it's so soft it won't cast light baits on a bait caster. Nothing better than sunline xplasma.

Comments: I have never had a problem with this line. I have this on both my spinning rods. This stuff is strong, quality line. It has a nice abrasion resistance and the color does fade a little, but it doesn't really matter that much. It does not dig into itself and I have had this on my 2 rods for like a year.

Comments: This has been on my reel over a year now. Yeah, it has lost a lot of color but there are markers for that. I will probably get a new spool soon but at $16, a years worth of use is a great deal.

Comments: I've had 30lbs line on for a year and half now it performs well for what its worth so pricing for this line is fair for its quality. It ain't the best line ever out there not with this price point u get what u pay for but i've taken pretty well of my stuff and spray line conditioner on the lines so I'm just now noticing the frays that ppl talk about and color faded after bout year of use. I do notice i get frayed lines easily if i fish around rocks but I also haven't broken off from any fishing cuz i inspect my lines often and again I use line conditioner. If i wanna go cheap for braided line I don't mind getting this again no problem.

Comments: I spool braid on my casting reel with a welders glove... this line is horrible once it cuts into itself that's where it breaks... stick to the wonderful lures that you guys are known for that I have been using for years. This line is not worthy of the yo-zuri product name.

Comments: Being that this is a japanese brand, they don't use the waxy coating that other brands would put on their lines that help hold the color in, but overall hard to find much flaw in this line. good abrasion resistance, little to no stretch when fishing topwater on mono leaders and finesse presentations on bottom or middle water column. Also, if your line is digging, you're not winding it on tight enough, cause if you arent sweating after spooling braid, you didn't do it right.

Comments: I normally use power pro, and I never change. but I could not find any 40lb at the store so I went with this. I was using it for jigs and power fishing. I did not have a single problem with it, color faded a little bit but who really cares about that. honestly I would buy this again no problem.

Comments: I wouldnt say it is the "worst braid ever" but it does Frey easily and does fade within the first 8hrs of use. Yo-zuri - please invest in better material or stick to making lures only.

Comments: I use braid a lot, and this is probably the worst that i've ever used, other than some $5 gimmicks. Incredibly soft, so the line digs itself into the spool, gets faded easily, and wears down on cover. I got the 40lb line, and while i'll say it's better than mono, i would only use it if there was no other braid available.

Comments: Good product for the price, fades fairly sticky but can be coloured with a marker easily. Tough line with excellent abrasion resistance, I like it for punching.
