The culmination of nearly a decade of testing various Ned-rig profiles to achieve the perfect Midwest finesse bait, the Z-Man TRD TicklerZ are designed to trigger bites in the toughest conditions. Made from Z-Man’s 10x tough ElaZtech material, the Z-Man TRD TicklerZ stand up off the bottom and features tail tentacles that spread apart at a 45-degree angle to produce a tantalizing action with minimal bait movement and tempt the most finicky of fish into biting. Comments: Great "no-one-else-tosses-it" bait I use on the gulf coast. I've always preferred to find baits that others pass on, giving the fish a different look, and it's proven to be a speckled trout slayer for me, rigged on a 1/6 or 1/15oz Z-Man Texas Eye finesse jig. Not much action of its' own, it is quite subtle and quiet in the water but the trout gobble it up. Being almost indestructible, it's a good bait for the toothy critters on the brine!

Comments: Caught a couple hundred fish each on the finesse TRD and TRD Ticklerz/Bugz/Crawz during a wide open bite the past couple months. I can't tell you which one worked better, because they were all working great, but I can tell you which one I personally preferred for ease of use. I'm a lazy fisherman and want as low of maintenance as possible. I'm also a believer in the ned rig as something that should keep it simple. For this reason, my favorite overall is the TRD Ticklerz. The finesse TRD is cool and as simple as it gets as far as design, but the skinnier head compared to its Ticklerz counterpart means that it gets fouled/torn a little easier in my experience. The TRD Bugz/Crawz are cool, but both have appendages that can be ripped off a lot more easily than anything on the other 2 baits. If I know the fish are keyed heavily on crawfish, yeah, I'll probably go with the TRD Crawz. Once my TRD Bugz are gone though, they won't be getting replaced. The TRD Ticklerz obviously do have the 4
little wigglers, but my experience is that the fish have a harder time ripping those off than the appendages of the other 2 baits, and the much thicker head of the bait has kept it stuck to the jig head perfectly way better than the regular finesse TRD. You can also rig them backwards like a ned Ika, which I experimented with and had success with. I will definitely be stocked up with the standard finesse TRDs as well for when the fish don't want that little extra magic that the TRD Ticklerz offers, and both baits do have standout colors that aren't available on the other bait. For me, that's Laguna Shrimp on the TRD Ticklerz and Twilight on the finesse TRDs, but there are others.

Comments: This thing is unfair. Flat out catches bass after bass anytime of year. Have caught more winter bass this year than any other year because of the tickler. I use it on a Z man bullet weedless ned head and can catch 25 fish on one plastic. Ultimate bang for your buck this thing catches them like no other.

Comments: This is the perfect Ned Rig bait. First it's Zman Elaztech which makes it not only very durable but also allows the bait to stand up off the bottom. The four small "tentacles" have a very nice action that really never stops moving. The color selection is fantastic as well. These have the perfect fall rate when rigged up on a 1/16 oz. Mushroom Jighead. This is my favorite Ned Rig bait; I have a rod designated just for these. My favorite color is Hot Snakes but I actually have five other colors that are a close 2nd. It's wise to always have several different Ned Rig Baits in your arsenal but if you could only have one; this would be it. Great job Zman and thank you TW for carrying all available colors.

Comments: These are my favorite ned bait. I superglued one to my ned head and caught over 20 fish on the same plastic. My favorite colors are The Deal and Smelt. These things are hard to beat.

Comments: I bought a bag of these to try on my local lake that is very pressured and after 20 minutes I caught a 3lb lmb. These baits have amazing durability and great colors these also work well for trout I love these baits and plan on buying many more

Comments: Purchased a bag of these to see how they work. I typically dip my soft baits using Spike it Dip-N-Glo. Did that with the Tickler and the tentacles literally melted off from the bait. I hope they stay intact after fighting a fish. Word to the wise - don't try to use your dip on these!
