Cancellation Policy Overview

If you'd like to cancel your order, you may do so any time prior to the order being dispatched for shipment. In order to submit a cancellation request, please email our customer service team and include "cancel" as your email heading. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours letting you know if we were able to timely cancel your order. Once your order is in the fulfillment process, the order cannot be canceled. However, after the package is delivered, you may return it and receive a refund for the full value of the product. Please visit our returns page for additional details on how to complete a return.
