Fantasy Fishing Promotion Rules

Employees of Tackle Warehouse, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (collectively referred to as the 'Contest Entities'), as well as members of their immediate family or household, are not eligible to win a prize. Immediate family members include parents, siblings, or anyone residing in the same household as an employee of the Contest Entities. Void where prohibited by law. Excluded employees and/or family members may participate but will not be eligible to receive a prize (as defined below).

Eligibility:
The Game is open to persons who are:
(a) Registered Users (as defined below);
(b) legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia; and
(c) at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority, whichever is older in the state of residence, at the date of registration in the Game. (d) Winners have thirty (30) days from the date of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so within this time for any reason will result in forfeiture of the prize.
