In light of ongoing global health concerns, we at Tackle Warehouse want to let you know that your well-being, and the well-being of our team members, is our number one priority.

We are carefully following all appropriate safety procedures as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are ensuring our team members are safe so that they can continue to take care of you.

We reside in the County of San Luis Obispo, it has issued a Shelter in Place order effective Thursday March 19, 2020 at 5pm that will remain in place until further notice. This means that we will have to limit operations until further notice to help do our part to stem the spread of COVID19 and protect the safety our team members. Our customer service and fulfillment departments will remain open, and we will continue to do our best to get all orders out promptly. We will keep our staff and customers notified of any changes to our current situation. Please check our website and social media outlets for further updates. We hope that you and your loved ones are able to stay safe and healthy in these uncertain times.

3.27.20 - UPS & FedEx Suspend Delivery Date Guarantees

Please be aware, UPS has suspended guaranteed shipping dates effective March 26, 2020. This means that the arrival date of your package(s) may be subject to change. As this is a UPS issue, please feel free to contact UPS at 1-888-742-5877.

Tackle Warehouse will continue to ship packages as promptly as possible and continue to keep our customers informed of any changes.

From UPS - "Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination, at all service levels. As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local and national government entities regarding applicable regulations."

FedEx has also suspended thier money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective March 25, 2020 and until further notice. As this is a FedEx issue, please feel free to contact them at 1-800-463-3339.
