Designed and manufactured in San Diego, Ca, the Hookup Baits Tube Jig is a totally unique jig design that mimics a fleeing baitfish and catches all species of gamefish in both fresh and saltwater. On the inside, the Hookup Baits Tube Jig features an internal baitfish shaped jighead with a keeled design that allows it to naturally dart and swim without rolling over. It is also encased in a soft plastic tube body with a diagonally cut tail, which provides a subtle swimming action that is simply irresistible to fish.
Extremely versatile as well, the Hookup Baits Tube Jig can be used in all levels of the water column and is highly effective using a cast and reel retrieve, vertically jigged on the bottom, or being trolled behind a boat. It is also outfitted with a premium Mustad hook that dramatically increases your hook up and landing ratio, so more fish end up in your livewell. Offered in a wide selection of colors and sizes so you can match the baitfish on any body of water, the Hookup Baits Tube Jig is deadly on bass, trout, panfish, redfish, tarpon, yellowtail, calicos, and even tuna.
*Please Note: 2oz, 3oz, 4oz, 6oz models come with one rigged tube and one spare body. All others come pre-rigged. *Please Note: 1/32oz does not come with 3D eyes.
Ocean Bass nighttime killerWent out on the twilight boat looking for yellow tail and when the bite slowed down switched to this tube bait in brown. Was shocked at the size of bass caught over and over again with zero damage to the lure and weight suspended it just right in the current so yo- yoing this lure was perfect. Looking to try other colors for yellow tail as a cast and retrieve bait on next trip.

Comments: Terrible rips in two after 1 inch bass smokes this turd bait, over price plastic jig, one thing that is a positive is it has a good side to side action that's about it.

Comments: Hands down the best natural baitfish presentation out there. Fresh and saltwater this is the cream of the crop and about as effective as it gets. For how much these things get bit the durability is amazing. Iâ•Âve had days where I can catch 20+ fish on the same bait. Hookup ratio is phenomenal.

Comments: Baits tear easily and are way over priced. The owner received the biggest poaching fine in California history.

Comments: Let me just say these work. It doesn't matter where you fish it, it just works. Whenever you doubt these, just toss them out and give it a try. I have had my best day on the charter boats out of San Diego with these. I have had my best kayak fishing session in Mission Bay with these. The most important thing with these is to understand they are different from other baits. What you want to do is keep it constantly sinking. Give it about 8 rod jerks while reeling in and then let it drop. 9/10 times the fish will bite on the drop. These baits are great, so why not give them a try?

Comments: These baits are insane for salt water bass (especially spotties). We fish SD bay weekly and these are the only baits we use.

Comments: They work but they have terrible durability and are really overpriced.
