Comments: I like these little guys rigged on a Carolina rig because they float (they are made from the same material as that other company's baitZ) and they are hollow in the back 2/3 of the bait. I use a 1/0 Owner Rig-N-Hook texposed - i.e. rig like a Texas rig but bring the tip of the hook all the way out the top. It will fit right in the middle of the split dorsal fin of the bait and it stays fairly weed free in my experience. It doesn't take much to set the hook when the fish bites, because the hollow body collapses to reveal the hook tip. I consider that an advantage over some of the other stretchy baitZ out there (though I love the other brand, too.) One day my father and I were bass fishing in the fall in central California and I kept nailing them on the green pumpkin-purple-copper color and my father couldn't get bit until he switched to the same bait and color. The other colors are good too, but that is my favorite. Like other elastic baitZ, you can catch many, many fish on the same bait before it wears out - so it is a good value even though you only get 5 of them. If you are tired of getting snagged while fishing other Ned rigs with a jig head, give these a try texposed with your favorite sliding weight and a bobber stopper instead of a traditional Carolina rig. It is a great finesse presentation for when the bass are a little finicky.

Comments: Using these today river fishing they were great however the fish seemed to like it so much it was a risk to their health as it would be in the intestines, something to be wary about.
