GarbageReminds me why I stick with shimano and daiwa. Wanted to give another manufacturer a shot so bought this as a beater/loaner reel to use and only couple times on the water it’s already running rough. Shimano Sahara and Daiwa bg I’ve had used extensively for the past 5 years are still smoother than this penn, drag is already getting sticky also. Also have a penn battle 2 and it’s holding up good so seems like if you’re going to spend less than $100 get a shimano or daiwa.
