Comments: I bought my first lure retriever in "95". I've had a few more since, But the last 2 have been this one. I let the first one get away from me while in a strong current and it slid down the line and sunk. But this one is the Best built lure retriever I have ever had! It's thicker than the others, so it's stronger and handles the current in a river great! even when fully extended! As a life long river rat I couldn't imagine being on the water without it!

Comments: This is a must have. Ours paid for itself the first week. It is strong enough if used properly. I'm getting a second one for our Florida house.

Comments: DON'T GO FISHING WITHOUT ONE!!! Was fishing in Canada years ago with an uncle and we were throwing deep divers in rocky bottoms and this things saved us HUNDREDS of dollars over the week. I don't go fishing without mine, ESPECIALLY in the rivers. Takes up so little space and yet such a vital piece of equipment; even more so nowadays with the crazy price of some of the baits we throw. Do yourself a favor, buy two.

Comments: did not hold up. twist locks are very hard to operate. lost the bottom part in the water trying to get lure unstuck. I bought a telescopic painting rod and made my own retriever. Much better than this one.

Comments: Was considering the Timmy Horton Money pole but decided on this and glad I did. This is more compact when retracted. It won't fit in my rod lockers so theres now way the money pole would either. Its also a third of the price. Saved 3 snagged lures in one evening.

Comments: I just got in my lure retriever and it's just what I've been looking for. Not like most, this one is built strong from stem to stern!!! many have different level you can extend out but lacks in strength when fully extended! Well done Tackle Warehouse! you did your homework. Recommend? yepper all day long. only one comes close that cost double the money and it's timmy horton's mony pole.. good luck yall
