Order Tracking

Enter your order number AND 10-digit telephone number to examine your order and see the real time status including tracking numbers and back order information.

Payment Options

Credit Cards

Payments from the following credit card providers are accepted:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express

Only one credit card payment is allowed per order. Your credit card will be charged when your order is prepared for shipment/pickup.

The correct billing address on file with your credit card provider must be provided when your order is placed. Providing an incorrect billing address may result in a delay with your order.

PayPal and Venmo

PayPal and Venmo payments are offered for most orders. If your order is eligible for either of these payment methods, they will be offered in the Payment Option step of the checkout. PayPal and Vemno payments are processed immediately.

Please note that the confirmed address on your PayPal/Venmo account is required to match the shipping address submitted on your order.

Afterpay

Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. For more information, view Afterpay Information.

Gift Cards

You may redeem up to 10 Tackle Warehouse gift cards per order. Gift cards can be redeemed on the Payment Method page during checkout.

Tackle Warehouse Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Tackle Warehouse Gift Cards.

Payment Security

Pre-Authorization Verification

Some orders may be selected to undergo a pre-authorization verification before the order is processed and shipped. This is an extra security measure to protect you, the cardholder, from credit card fraud. If this step is required for your order, you will receive an email request within 48 hours of your order submission.

To complete this verification, a small charge (between $0.01 and $5.00) is placed on the credit card provided on your order. When you see this small charge on your bank account, contact us to verify the exact amount of the charge and unlock your order.

Once confirmed, pre-authorization charge will be deducted from your order total.

Customer Protection

Tackle Warehouse makes customer security a top priority. All pages requesting personal and payment information during the checkout process provide encrypted data transmission. This security is denoted in the web address beginning with "https".

A valid phone number and verifiable billing and shipping addresses are required with each order. We may call to verify the billing and shipping information for any order. At our discretion, we may require an order only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. In such a situation, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed with the order.

Tackle Warehouse reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

All domestic orders (within the U.S.) are charged taxes based on the delivery address provided on the order, no additional taxes, duties or fees will be required at the time of delivery. International orders are not charged U.S. taxes, but may be subject to additional customs, handling fees duties and taxes charged by the shipping company and/or local government at the time of delivery. Tackle Warehouse stands behind the authenticity of everything we sell. All of our products are brand new, first quality, and guaranteed to be authentic.

To ensure that our items are authentic, we work directly and exclusively with representatives of the brands we carry. We inspect products when they arrive in our warehouse and we stand behind every sale. If you are concerned about the authenticity or quality of an item you received from us, simply Contact Us and we will promptly provide a solution.

Price Match Policy

If you find a lower price, on any product we stock, we would like the opportunity to match it. We owe our success to you, our customers, and we know that price is a critical concern. Our goal is to eliminate this concern by assuring you that by choosing Tackle Warehouse you're getting the lowest prices anywhere.

We routinely scan our competitors to assure that our prices can't be beat. As should be expected, there are some common sense boundaries that apply. We must be able to verify the lower price through a valid online website (any Ebay auctions, Amazon, craigslist etc. are examples of sites that we do not price match). Lower prices that cannot be confirmed will not be honored. Simply inform one of our knowledgeable reps with the online site where you found the better price; once price and source are confirmed, and the parameters maintained, Tackle Warehouse will match it!

A price match can only be applied for an item with the same specifications as the item on the competitor's site. In addition, if the competitor assesses a shipping cost with the price of the item we will match the total price of the item and shipping. We reserve the right to confirm lower prices before any final Tackle Warehouse sale. The source of a lower price must come from an authorized dealer within the United States of the product in question (i.e., authorized Shimano, Daiwa, etc. dealer). If the price does not come from an authorized online source, current Tackle Warehouse prices stand.

Discounts

We do not allow multiple discounts of any kind to be applied to an order. During Sales times customer's can either opt for the sale discount or a different one if they qualify but not both. If your order is received with two or more discounts applied we will eliminate the smaller of the two (or more) discounts upon ordering processing. Then we will send you the confirmation e-mail with the one correct discount (with largest price break) applied.

Military Discounts

Tackle Warehouse is honored to be able to provide our U.S. military service men and women with a 10% discount on all orders. We will ask that a current, valid military ID be sent or a copy of your DD214 if you are no longer serving, for verification purposes (please blackout or 'redact' any sensitive information as needed). Once this information is provided you are set to receive your 10% discount on all orders from Tackle Warehouse. Any and all submitted information via e-mail or conventional mail, is immediately destroyed after we have notated the discount in your customer file. Thank you all for your invaluable service to our country and sacrifice for our freedom. Note: Limit one discount or coupon per order. The military discount cannot be used in addition to any sale or promotional discounts or coupons.

Collegiate Bass Club Discount

Tackle Warehouse is happy to be able to support up and coming collegiate anglers with their tackle purchases by offering a 15% club discount for your college Bass Fishing Club. Open enrollment to apply for the discount is every year during the months of August and September, and January and February. Please have your team president contact us during these times at info@tacklewarehouse.com and we will supply you with the information you need to obtain your discount! High School Club Discount

Tackle Warehouse is happy to offer a 15% off discount to High School Bass Clubs. We must have and Athletic Director or Principal of the school set these accounts up. Promo Codes

Coupons and Promo Codes should be entered into the Promo Code box in the shopping cart. The code you enter will be validated before asking you if you would like to apply it to your order. Once redeemed, you will be taken back to your cart and any applicable discounts will be displayed.

Exclusions

Discounts may not be applicable to restricted sale items, promo items, gift cards, taxes, shipping, and similar charges. Only one coupon, offer, discount, or promotion is allowed per item.

Products subject to manufacturer-imposed advertising restrictions are not eligible for discounts.

Product Availability

All items on our site are in stock unless otherwise noted during the ordering process. Our site shows real time inventory so you can always see the most accurate availability for products.

Backorders

Items that are backordered will be indicated with an orange outline on the selection box along with a message indicating when the item is expected to be available to ship. By placing an order for one of these items, you are reserving the item from our next available shipment. Backorder dates are estimated and are subject to change.

Drop Shipped Items

These items are sold by Tackle Warehouse and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Drop Ship Items are noted at the top of the ordering section and in the shopping cart. Should there be a stock issue with the item selected, you will be contacted for your preference on how to proceed.

Warranties & Defects

All of the items we sell are covered under any applicable vendor warranties offered by the manufacturer.

Please contact us about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective.

All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
