Frogg Togg Chilly Pad Super Cooling Towel An innovative new way to stay cool while outdoors in the heat or during high levels of physical activity. The Chilly Pad is constructed from a hyper-evaporative material that retains water while staying dry to the touch. When wet, the towel begins to evaporate and cool-down providing a soft, cooling sensation to the wearer. When the pad stops cooling, which depending on conditions takes between 1-4 hours, all one must do to re-activate is wet the towel again, ring it out and within minutes the cooling sensation is back. From the sports field to a hot day on the water, drape one of these over your head or around you neck and beat the heat with its cooling comfort.
* Machine washable for continued use

Comments: It does keep you very cool but does also take a lot of water if you want to use it through out the day. I have to dip it in water about every 2 hours. So carry a lot of water or your going to have to use the lake water... I have used it for about 5 trips and there is a small tear. It does the job and does feel dry to the touch. I'm a big guy so I get hot quick and for the first time my buddy was hotter than I am.

Comments: Work great and it really will keep you cool on those hot days the sun is beating down on your neck. Just dip it in the water and lay it on your neck. I tuck it into my shirt to keep it in place
