Overview
Slightly larger than the original, the IMA Skimmer Grande delivers an up-scaled profile that is aimed at attracting the hungriest predators in the lake. Designed with a rear-weighted construction, the IMA Skimmer Grande provides a hard-swishing attraction that distinguishes it from all other topwater stickbaits.
Built with a thinned-down shape, the IMA Skimmer Grande sits with its nose poking out of the water. When worked with quick jerks and the rod tip pointed down, the IMA Skimmer Grande stirs the water and creates a large boil behind the bait, which imitates the erratic nature of injured baitfish being chased by bass.
Crafted with an outstanding attention-to-detail, the IMA Skimmer Grande features a premium finish and lifelike 3-D eyes that will trick the most seasoned predators into biting. Armed with a trio of razor-sharp treble hooks, the IMA Skimmer Grande delivers an upsized topwater presentation that calls to larger fish.

Previous Feedback
Comments: Nothing like a bit of feedback from Mother Nature. In a year of fishing the Skimmer Grande, have had to pull it away from dive bombing herons eight times! Oh, and every type of bass that swims crushes it!

Comments: This is my go to top water. No short strikes or slapping at this lure, the fishuttle explode on it. This is a big bass lure. 50% of the fish I've caught on this lure are 3+ pounders. Very impressed with its action. Easy to walk at slow and medium retrieves, great for subtle twitches when you're in the strike zone. At rest the back end sinks with the head above water giving bass a great target to blow up. I will be buying more!

Comments: Caught my personal best on this lure on the About shad color. I love the regular size skimmer and it hooks almost everything that bites it but the Grande seems to miss hookups on smaller fish. If you want everything that bites get the regular, but if your hunting for 5 pounders, this might be your lure. The About shad color is lighter than pictured here. Both regular and grande cast great, hooks are great and very durable.
