Comments: I have hooked several good small and large mouth and a couple channel cat over 5lbs. These hooks have worked great hooked solid and right in the top...use them to neko small plastics as well. Another great hook from trokar.

Comments: Big fan of these hooks. They're my go to for wacky rigs. Super sharp and the fish always stay hooked.

From: Jacob: NC 11/29/20

Comments: If you fish wacky rigs with light line, look for a different hook. Lost 2 consecutive fish due to the line slipping through the unwelded eye. If it had a welded eye, this would be a fantastic wacky rig hook.

Comments: Save your money. I love many of the Trokar products, but this is not one. They provide an effortless hookset, but there's one problem. They break. Broke 2 out of the first package on smaller bass that were less than 2 pounds. I was fishing them on a medium spinning rod using a reel set. Glad I didn't hook any larger fish. Maybe I had a bad run, but I'm not willing to spend more money to risk losing the big one.
