Overview
Featuring a slow rate-of-rise and an erratic hunting action, the Luck-E-Strike American Original G5 Crankbait is going to be a game changer. Constructed from butyrate plastic which produces a dull thumping sound, the G5 Crankbait entices the wariest of fish and also features Luck-E-Strike’s new DuraLure Technology, which includes Aqua 3D and Armor Gloss.
During the Aqua 3D process, the lure is spun 360-degrees for several hours, making the colors and details more vibrant. Armor Gloss provides a durable gel-coat gloss finish that makes the G5 Crankbait tougher than any other crankbait on the market. The American Original Series is also 100% designed, manufactured, and custom painted in the U.S.A. Using a combination of hard hunting action and Duralure technology, the Luck-E-Strike G5 Crankbait is almost unbeatable.

Comments: YIKES! I had high hopes for these. Wanted to try a new wiggle wart style bait. I am sure these catch em just fine but they are not my cup of tea. Of the 20 or so I ordered 1/3 of them either didn't rattle or only 1 of the two rattles didn't rattle or the rattles would work then get stuck then work etc. Quality control on these is a joke. I think I'll stick with Spro. Returning these.

Comments: Stay away. Just got the 3 cranks I ordered and the rattle sticks in all of them, so they're not technically silent but you gotta knock em so hard against something to free the rattle it's pointless. Then the rattle sticks again. No point in advertising them sounding like an original wart if they won't make any sound on the retrieve at all. Have contacted Luck-E-Strike asking for some that rattle as advertised, we'll see if they make it right.
Update: Luck-E-Strike quickly sent me replacements that rattle. Hopefully they're able to fix whatever production issues causing the rattles to stick, because they sound better than the rapalas and look much better.

Comments: These baits are the closest thing to an original pre-rapala wiggle wart that is being made today. It uses the same old style of plastic that crankbaits were made with years ago. Has a deep rattle and great hunting action. Don't pay 80 bucks for an old wiggle wart. Give one of these a try!

Comments: Very poor quality control on these baits. Bought 4 of the 2 rattled and 2 did not. Paint looks fine hooks are no good will not buy again

Comments: I love this crank! I catch more fish with this crank than any other that I have! It has a huge woble but a low sound. They crush it!

Comments: Just picked one of these up and threw it in with my wiggle warts. It has a deeper single rattle sound than the new wiggles and looks like better paint. Will test this weekend and update.
