Great for most baits but use common senseIf the hooks protrude out from the bottom, just gently guide the hookpoint with your finger and pull the bait up. Can be a pain if you snag your bibs or shirt. I like these as a kayak angler when my hands are wet or I'm in rain, I don't have to worry about water pooling in an open tray. I don't use these for terminal tackle, they work great for jigs, frogs, jerkbaits, cranks and topwaters.

Comments: These tackle boxes arent as awful as the reviews make then out to be. Most of these reviews are anglers using these for terminal tackle and crank baits. Yes the hooks probably will poke through the holes. So I would suggest using these boxes for frogs! That's what I use for my topwater frogs. So if you have these boxes dont throw them away just because you are using them wrong. They are great.

Comments: I have been using these for a couple years now for all my terminal tackle & have had no issue with hooks coming through and zero rust. Great product try them out.

From: Lance: Livingston, TX 12/12/15

Comments: Took my terminal tackle out (hooks poking thru bottom), put in hard baits. Yeah, they all rusted. I'm throwing my box at the next foolio that cuts me off. Its trash.

Comments: Just a warning to buyers, I wouldn't purchase this for soft plastics with scents. This particular box would dry out soft baits, so I would suggest it for crankbaits, etc.

From: Reece: USA

Comments: Good box a little bigger than I expected.  In reguards to the hooks trying to come out the holes, I put tape in the bottom and above the trays that held smaller drop shot hooks and that works very well.

From: Waderade: IN

Comments: If you use for hooks, keep in mind that smaller drop shot hooks will begin to dangle from the holes out the bottom.
