Power Swivels. These little swivels are correctly named; you won't believe the strength in such a tiny piece of hardware. The size 10 Spro Power Swivel is rated to thirty-pound test, is barely a quarter if an inch long and as thick as a pencil lead! If you need tiny, powerful swivels, these Spro swivels will supply all the Power you need. Try the number 10 size in your dropshot rig to eliminate line twist and the larger sizes will hold up in any rig, even if you're using high test braided line. The price is reasonable enough for you to keep plenty of these Power Swivels on hand.

Comments: Bass/trout/salmon and like fishing size 4 is the choice 95% of the time. Anything smaller and you'll need a microscope to thread it / very tiny rings to attach it to (and a microscope to aid). Also, size #4 won't fit through most lite-med-med/hvy fishing rods tip eye which if you get swivels that do pass through the rod tip eye you'll end up with a bird nest or possibly your lure/bait flying away from your broken line.

Comments: i use these and a 2-3ft leader on every soft plastic application to prevent twist. They are tiny, don't catch up much on vegetation or debris. They are also very strong!! I used Sampo ball bearing swivels for years but they were too heavy, caught on stuff too much and to expensive.

Comments: Used to buy Sampo, which are a great product but the price and ball bearings are overkill for drop-shot, ned and most finesse. I started using the Spros a few years ago and have been VERY impress and i LOVE the size; they don't collect weeds or get hung up. Size 10 is awesome for finesse.
