Sabine River: Using a one-two combination of the Berkley Havoc Ike's Devil Spear and the Molix Venator Double Willow Spinnerbait, Michael Iaconelli was able to secure a 30th place finish at the first Bassmasters Event of the year on the Sabine River. Targeting bedfish in muddy water can be a tricky ordeal, which is why Ike relied on the bluegill-like profile of the Devil's Spear around cypress trees and the flash of the Venator to trigger bites in-between spawning points. Demonstrating the performance of his signature series of Abu Garcia "Ike" rods, Mike relied on the his Power lineup to put his lures to work.
