Almost making the top 20 cut, Cody Meyer started off his 2017 season at Lake Guntersville with a tremendous performance and acquired some valuable AOY points with a 21st place finish. Cody relied on his Daiwa Tatula rods and reels, as well as, a few Strike King hardbaits to catch the majority of his weight during the tournament. Cody landed a two day total of 29lbs 7oz.
