Constructed from a Japanese 46-ton Toray Graphite blank, Envy Black III Casting Rods are lightweight, powerful, and react quickly whether you are trying to cast a lure accurately to a small target or are turning and burning reaction baits looking for a reaction strike.
Equipped with premium Fuji K Guides and SIC inserts, the double-footed guide train increases durability while promoting extended casting distance and maximizing casting control. Fitted with an Evolve Soft Touch Seamless Reel Seat, anglers are able to feel every minute transmission with a secure non-slip grip that allows you to keep pressure on a fish in heavy cover. Reducing weight with hand-selected Portuguese 5A Split Grip Cork Handles, the 13 Fishing Envy Black III Casting Rods are furnished for ergonomic and palmable comfort.

Comments: 13 has really lost me over the years...neon green rods, redesigns that seemed poorly thought out imo...concept c gen 2 , envy black gen 2, zero bearings reels.... a ton of cheap poorly reviewed spinning reels..just couldn't be bothered. THEN ..a glimmer of hope...This Envy gen 3 is a tremendous improvement over any model before...still 46t toray..sic guides..very Light responsive blank...best improvement is the reel seat and ascetics. beautiful cork, nice tac trim ...very comfortable to fish all day...if you're getting back to your roots 13, based on this Envy...im all in
