Comments: First off, these are great cranking rods. Light weight and the actions are perfect. I was looking for a new jerkbait rod so I grabbed the 6'9. It's labeled as a jerkbait rod, BUT the handle is way too long. Anyone who throws a jerkbait knows a shorter handle is necessary to work the bait. First trip out and with high hopes I was immediately disappointed. The handle is a good 2 inches too long. Other than having a 6'9 cranking rod that I won't ever pick up, they really are well built. If 6th Sense fixes this it would be a home run. I'd try some of the other models, but if you're looking for a good stick to throw jerkbaits, this isn't the one unfortunately.
